- A web application for managing introduction requests
- A Chrome browser extension for capturing LinkedIn profile information
- AI-powered message generation for introduction requests
- Connection management and search functionality
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use IntroIQ, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use IntroIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent connection data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond intended functionality
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
5. LinkedIn Data and Third-Party Services
5.1 LinkedIn Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of IntroIQ complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement. IntroIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.
5.2 Your Connection Data
You represent that you have the right to upload and use any LinkedIn connection data you provide to the Service. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from individuals whose data you upload.
6. Chrome Extension
Our Chrome extension is designed to work with LinkedIn profile pages to help you create introduction requests. The extension only collects data when you actively click the extension icon. By installing the extension, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The extension is subject to the Chrome Web Store's terms of service.
7. AI-Generated Content
IntroIQ uses AI to generate suggested introduction messages. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is a suggestion and should be reviewed before use
- You are responsible for the final content of any messages you send
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
- We do not guarantee specific results from AI-generated messages
8. Subscription and Payment
8.1 Subscription Plans
IntroIQ offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Current pricing and features are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
8.2 Billing
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
8.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have concerns about your subscription.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by IntroIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTROIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntroIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
